On behalf of the MISER Users Group (MUG), we are delighted to invite you to exhibit at our Annual Conference on October 1-4, 2023 at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort! MUG members are enthusiastic about this casual beach-side hotel resort located in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Expect an outstanding turnout.

This is the meeting for anyone who sells products and services to institutions using the MISER system. Most all MUG members attend the conference. The atmosphere is very conducive to education and doing business, with many opportunities for informal interaction with MUG IT personnel. By showcasing your latest products and services to this interested group of key decision-makers, you are positioning your company with the highest visibility possible. Each exhibitor may staff up to two (2) exhibit personnel per booth. The exhibit hall is in a ballroom with high ceilings, so there are no restrictions on your exhibit height.

On Monday evening, MUG attendees have a night free to explore the local area. If you decide to come early or stay beyond Wednesday, there is plenty to do and see in the Clearwater-St. Pete area.

Sunsets at Pier 60, Clearwater Beach

Within walking distance of the hotel, each day before, during, and after sunset street performers, crafters, artisans, and the community gather on the boardwalk.

Explore Florida’s diverse marine ecosystems from freshwater lakes to the depths of the Gulf of Mexico and all parts in between.

The city’s oldest living museum, you can see more than 50,000 plants and flowers.

The Dali Museum

Located in downtown St. Pete. From amazing drawings to enormous canvases of his work, the Dali Museum will enthrall and astound you.

Morean Arts Center

Located in St. Pete has a superb Chihuly exhibit of creations in colored glass.

Walk through St. Pete’s Central Arts District, which boasts hundreds of murals.

The James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art, St. Pete

From the collection of businessman Thomas James, you will be awed by the more than 500 pieces of modern and historic art that evoke the spirit of the wide-open frontier and beauty of life in the American West.

The St. Pete Clearwater Beach Craft Beer Trail.

You can go fishing on a local charter boat. In Clearwater, A Boat Day, Above Average Charters and the Calypso Queen go out daily. St Pete has several charters, including Allen’s Aquatic Adventures, Action Fishing Charters, Barracudaville Sportfishing Charters, Big Rod’s Charters, and several more.

For a golf outing, the Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club and Mangrove Bay municipal course are in St. Pete. Both are championship-level golf courses. The Dunedin Golf Club and Copperhead Course at Innisbrook in Palm Harbor are also nearby.

How about a Speed Boat Adventure out of St. Pete? You can drive your own speedboat across Tampa Bay on this sightseeing tour, for which no previous experience is necessary. After a safety orientation, you’ll get aboard a F-13 mini speedboat and follow a guide from another vessel that’s equipped with a two-way communication system to ensure your safety and security. Plus, while cruising around, you’ll be able to explore the coastline and look out for dolphins.
